Director of Information Technology

Elias Montoya was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba in 1972.  Mr. Montoya attended the College of Engineering and Design at Florida International University earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (1998).  Prior to that, Mr. Montoya attended Miami-Dade Community College, where he earned an Electronics Specialist Certificate (1992), an Associate in Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (1992), and an Associate in Arts (1994). While attending Florida International University he served as Vice-President of the Association of Cuban-American Engineers.  Mr. Montoya has been working in the computer technology field since 1992 and has been a Technology Director for law firms since 1997.
